Cars 3 (2017) Review
I'll apologize in advance because I am dealing with some unfortunate events that occurred in my house. Because of these events, I can't type my reviews how I normally do. I can't use my PC and use my new review template on the mobile version of Blogger. It's terrible. I can't even place a photo here without the stupid thing crashing. So, the review of Cars 3 and Transformers: The Last Knight will not be written in my standard format. I'll just give you my short thoughts on Cars 3 and give a score because I really hate typing on mobile.
Anyway, basically, Cars 3 isn't all that bad. Starting off with the positives, the animation looks good. Pixar has always excelled in animation and Cars 3 is not exception. I kinda liked the idea of the plot. In concept, it's a good plot.
And, that's about it. What I didn't like about this movie is its lack of energy. There's nothing that Cars 3 does special or anything to excite the viewer. I'm not saying that there isn't any substance there but it's not engaging at all and it felt boring to watch.
All in all, it's not nearly as bad as Cars 2. However, it's nowhere even close to Pixar's great films. Pixar has a team of talented people and they can do better than this. Cars 3 is just a movie that's just there for parents to see for their kids and waste 2 hours of their time.
Score: C
